Welcome to Always Candle. By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure both safety and satisfaction for our customers. Please read carefully.

1. Product Use and Safety Responsibility

Always Candle takes great care in creating high-quality, hand-poured candles. However, once our product is in your possession, its safe use becomes the responsibility of the customer.

By purchasing or using any Always Candle product, you agree to the following safety practices:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Candles are an open flame and must be monitored at all times while lit.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and anything that could catch fire.
  • Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • If your candle begins to flicker, smoke, mushroom, or the flame height increases beyond normal, extinguish it immediately.
  • Allow the wax to cool completely before handling, trimming the wick, or relighting.

2. Wick Maintenance

Proper wick care is essential for the clean and safe burning of our candles. You agree to:

  • Trim the wick to 1/4 inch (6mm) before each burn to avoid soot, uneven burning, or mushrooming.
  • Extinguish the candle and allow it to cool fully before trimming the wick.
  • Do not relight until the wick has been properly maintained.

Failure to follow these instructions may lead to safety hazards, including excessive flame, container cracking, or fire.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Always Candle is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse of our candles, including but not limited to:

  • Leaving a candle unattended
  • Improper placement or use near flammable objects
  • Failure to follow wick trimming or extinguishing instructions
  • Ignoring signs of excessive flame or soot

By using our candles, you agree to hold Always Candle and its affiliates harmless from any liability, claims, or expenses arising from candle use or misuse.

4. Product Variations

Each candle is handmade and may vary slightly in color, scent strength, or burn time. These variations are natural and not grounds for returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
